About Us
The Champlain Maternal Newborn Regional Program (CMNRP) is a regional program, whose goal is to improve perinatal and newborn care in Ontario Health East.

The extended CMNRP network included representatives from hospitals, midwifery practice groups, public health units, community health centres, a birth centre and other community agencies that provide perinatal and newborn services.
